SMART Recovery has an online community that consists of a message board where you can post a thread, participate in online meetings and a 24/7 chat room where you can stress concerns and just vent all in privacy of your own home.

Cannot make it to our meetings?

There are no face-to-face meetings in your area? Don’t worry. Whether you live too far away or not feeling well you can participate online! There is online SMART meetings available everyday of the week. With a click of your mouse, you can register immediately, and, you can listen in and have open discussions with other participants. You can meet others from all over the world online.
